What is the check-in and check-out time at the Aquamare Hotel?

What is the hotel's policy regarding early arrivals and late departures?
Early check-in: Subject to availability, starting at 7:00 a.m. A 50% discount will be charged, including room and breakfast.
Early Use: A $50,000 fee will be charged for breakfast and early use of the facilities.
Early departure: If a guest leaves early without giving the hotel 48 hours' notice, a charge of 100% of the rate corresponding to one night's stay at the Rack rate will be applied at check-out. This is except in the case of early departure due to force majeure or a demonstrable fortuitous event, in which case the full amount will not be charged.
Late check-out: Subject to availability. Between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM, 50% of one night's accommodation will be charged at the rack rate. After 7:00 PM, the full rack rate will be charged.
What is the minimum age to check in at the Aquamare Hotel?
18 years old
Minors: If you are traveling with your child(ren) under 18 years of age, you must present the minor's identification document (civil registry) that proves the relationship. If the minor(s) are not traveling with their parents, you must submit to reception, in addition to the minor's identification document (civil registry), the parental permission, which must be authenticated by a notary and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of those who gave the authorization. If you are a foreigner, you must present an equivalent document. Minors are not permitted to enter the hotel without this documentation. If the Client does not present any of the documents indicated here, the Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to the person or persons in the group who do not present all the documents. In accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001 to Prevent the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its concordant regulations.

No.
Does the Aquamare Hotel offer room service?
Yes, this service costs $6000 and is available Monday through Saturday from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and Sundays and holidays from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Can I bring in food and drinks?
Food and beverages are not permitted on the fifth floor. A corkage fee will be charged during the week; this option is not available on weekends. Food and beverages are permitted in guestrooms.
What payment methods are offered on the website and at the hotel?

What is the hotel's cancellation policy?
Cancellations and Modifications: Guaranteed reservations that are not canceled or modified in writing up to 72 hours prior to the guest's arrival will be billed as a no-show, for which a penalty equivalent to the total number of nights reserved at the rate assigned in the reservation will be charged.
If you cancel 72 hours before your arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded via the same method used to make the payment.
In cases where refunds are requested by bank transfer, any costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a 100% penalty for the first night's stay.
Non-refundable rates:
The hotel has fees for cancellations and modifications:
– The reservation does not allow modifications.
– In case of cancellation, the full stay will be charged.
– In case of NO show, the full stay will be charged.
– Early departures will be charged for the full stay.
– Advance payment: The total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
What is the smoking policy at the hotel?
Anti-Tobacco Policy: Cigarettes are not provided in our establishment and all areas are smoke-free.
In accordance with the provisions established in Law 1335 of 2009, Aquamare Hotel has smoke-free spaces and environments. Consequently, guests agree to refrain from smoking in designated smoke-free spaces, areas, and environments, as well as in enclosed spaces such as guestrooms, hallways, restaurants, lounges, and other areas. In the event that guests fail to comply with this obligation, they agree to pay a penalty estimated at $600,000 for failure to comply with their obligations and for the treatment of the affected area.
Does the hotel allow pets?
Only pets weighing a maximum of 16 kg (35 lbs) are allowed with current documentation and vaccination records. Pets are allowed in select rooms. Guests agree to the pet policies and behavior during their stay. A fee of 150,000 pesos per night will be charged.
What type of currency is accepted at the hotel?
Colombian pesos and US dollars at the rate established by the hotel.
